Homemade Simple apple jam!!!

Hello everyone, Now in Sweden is full with Apples! Quiet late but still have lots. Today i got many apple from my apple tree behind the house and i made very simple apply jam so you can keep the jam in the fridge at least 2 weeks.

So check it out how to make a simple apple jam by me in Happy mood Kitchen.!

Ingredient
3  medium size of apples (Actually you can use another fruit such as berries or pineapple)
1 1/2 cup of sugar (up to you but at least 1 cup)
1 1/2 cup of water
1/4 of lime juice
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of gelatin

Combine the chopped apples into small pieces and soaked them into the water (add salt in water)

1 1/2 cup of water in a pot and let it boil then add the fruit to a boil and cook for at least five minutes at a roll before add sugar and salt then add gelatin, mix them together. (watch out though, it will bubble and depending on the size of your pot, can get a little splashy).

When it seems nice and jammy (Clear and sticky) turn off the heat and add the lime juice. Let them cooler then put our jam into the jar. Let's eat!!!

Trust me this is a very easy and very simple to make your jam. Hope you guys enjoy in the kitchen. Check my blog out later and see what i am gonna do next. Love you, cya

Love being in the Kitchen..

This blog has brought me so much happiness not just only about have been an aupair. I want to begining to write about other stuff as much as i can. Everyday i still learning in manything thats i can't focus just one thing.

I have become a better cook and bake as i not often to cook or bake when i am in Thailand and now I have met some of people who love food, cooking and baking as much as I do. I have also been post some fantastic food pictures on my facebook.  How cool is that?? I've always loved being in the kitchen. Is the great place at parties and get togethers. That's where the action is, where delicious smells come from, and where I go to create some really great stuff, i think so hehe.

Actually all my foods its come from the most what i like to eat, when i want to eat something or anything and i don't know the recipes i just call my mom and ask ( If thats food is Chiangmai Local food) or asking google its the easy and fastest way to get an idea. I love to cook and especially love to be inspired by seeing fresh and sometimes unusual ingredients when I shop, travel or just read a delicious sounding recipe.. it compels me to try new techniques, ingredients perhaps incorporating something different into my cooking repertoire. I like to watching Master's chef program or any TV show about food.

When i am in Thailand i knew i love to cook but i don't have much time and chance to do it coz i always work work and work. Most of the time when i am back home foods already on the table. My mom always cook everyday. I love to watching her cooking i can see how much she really care about us. I can oder whatever i want to eat. I lover my private restaurant!
Now i am here in Sweden i have much more time to be in the kitchen, everyday in my Aupair year i spent half of my work time in the kitchen and i realize that i love too cook. I like to see smiling face on any person who eat my foods. its making me happy and enjoy to continue cooking. Here i have my own Thai vegestables garden. I grow them all by my tiny hands. Actually its growing great and nice fresh ingredients for me. Everyday from now its getting colder i can not continue to grow my vegies outside for more after my current vegies are gone.

Now i am better to speak Swedish, i speak everyday i try. i need to learn alot more. will see

Jag älskar att vara i köket. Jag gillar att dela min mat till andra om de är vill prova. Jag kommer att visa dig några bilder på min mat! Jag hoppas att ni kommer att gilla min mat!

well i will show you some pictures about food i have been cooking!! Enjoy and thanks for reading my blog. Love you Guys .. See ya next time

An Alien in Sweden

Humlegården
Sometimes I need to remember that I am here in Sweden for a reason. When I think about my life here, I don’t measure successes and failures in terms of whether the move to Sweden “was worth it” anymore. It just is that way now."

Sweden has been my home for 13 months now it is still all so new to me sometimes.
I was a little bored and recently got some work to do in Stockholm just for two weeks. I decided to take the train to Stockholm just for one hour. After i move to flen or before i always take the SJ train to come and retrun its easy and not take a long time. On the train, the ticket inspector didn’t speak any English so it was a decent opportunity to talk Swedish to her. (just say Thank you ) It went well everytime, and I always arrived safely. Now i am back to Flen.

Yet this afternoon reminded me of the decision to leave Thailand and come to Sweden. I needed a challenge, learning new things, meet new peoples, I wanted to brush of the shackles of the past decade that I had in Chiangmai and push myself to new boundaries, but living somewhere new was also the main decision. It’s funny at times living here but i still looking forward to go back to my home in ChiangMai very soon anyway.

So where’s my favourite place in Sweden?
During the summer many will say Stockholm and Göteborg are always going to be the most visited places. But every part of Sweden has its own initial beauty. For me the best place I have been to in Sweden since I moved here is Stockholm. It has a stunning and rock me. Linköping and Norrköping are also great places to visit all year round.
During the winter i will say Åre. up north of sweden its take a train about 8-10 hours. going there for Ski most popular place and very very nice!.
I love a lot about Sweden. It has taken a while to adjust from moving from Thailand to Sweden. I moved during the late summer of 2011. So I had to get used to snow. The things I love most about Sweden are the love of the outdoors. I had to get to used to several dark short winter days but in the summer there are many places to visit and enjoy. Sweden is a BIG country compared to the Thailand, yet has less population than Bangkok. So as long as i am here i still feel like i am an Alien maybe i will love to be like this..lol

Not so soon the snow will arrive. Everything still so green, Walking around the park I got to see some lovely autumnal scenery so Autumn in Sweden is beautiful!

My blog is going well. It’s a small window to my world and I have links to my blog also my Facebook pages. Being a writer I like to be creative and blog as much as I can but sometimes it’s not always possible to do so.So thank you for reading so far and I hope that this blog has helped some people make a decision about coming to Sweden, if not then I think you enjoy reading!
