Carrot cake cream cheese frosting


Jeap ( Anna) recipe Servings for 10-12 small cupcakes

 *Recipe for cake

1 cup grated carrots

1 cup purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Peanut or raisins ( up to you)

*Recipe for cream cheese frosting

100 g Philadelphia

3 tablespoon Icing sugar ( you can add less or more up to you)

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lime juice

*Recipe for topping sweet carrot

2-3 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup of water

1/4 cup of sugar

*How to bake

1. Heat oven at 200 degrees.
2. Sift flour, baking powder baking soda and leave for awhile.
3. Mix oil, eggs, sugar, carrots, vanilla, raisins and nuts together in a mixing bowl.
4. Add flour then mixing until well combined.
5. Put into the mold.
6. Bake about 10-15 minutes (duration depends on the size of mold)
    better to use stick to check if the cake is ready.
7. when cake is ready take out from the oven then leave the cake until cool.

*How to make cream cheese frosting

1. Making cream cheese by mix all ingredients together (cream cheese, icing, vanilla and butter)
2. Mixing until well combined.
3. Add lime juice.
4. Decorate on your cake with cream in your own style.

*How to make Sweet carrot

1 Mixing carrot, water and sugar in the pot.
2. Boil them until carrot are soft and water are dry out (not burn)
3. Decorate on the top of cream in your own style.
