My great trip in Stavanger, Norway

It’s been more than 2 months since my last blog post, so I think I've firmly established the fact that I am not a regular blogger. Lately, I've been to visited one of my good friend who live in Stavanger, Norway and surely she will spend the rest of her life with her love one there :) I was there about 5 days with a super duper great accommodation from my friend. This post i want to share about my favorite things i have done on my trip, and yes i will show you guys my trip photos under the post. The second day after arrived we started our adventure with hike up to the Preikestolen mountain.
Preikestolen, in English meant the Preacher’s Pulpit or the Pulpit Rock, is located in the region of Rogaland, western region of southern Norway. The top of the cliff is about 600m above the Lysefjorden, and the famous Kjerag plateau is on the other side of the fjord.

Preikestolen is one of the most visited attractions in Norway. We reached the ferry crossing from Hathjem to Sandvik Vag, It was a 30 mins ferry ride. A total fee of  transpotation is NOK 250, then got on the bus up to the mountain in another 30 mins. When we arrived there, I looked up at the mountain I saw in the distance and thought that this was not going to be so bad. On the way up there! I am starting to get the hang of this climbing now and starting to dread the coming down part. My leg was shaking!! About 2 hours hike yeahhh we are up here!! its was worth to hike and very beautiful nature around. When i sat and rest, look around and i think how amazing that the nature created a wonderful place like this.

After 2 hours after enjoying the great weather and scenery, its was a good time for us to leave because its took us 1.5 hours hike back down and catch the bus back to the ferry. This hike was most definitely the highlight of my adventures in Norway and i would love to come back there again.

On the next other days my friend took me to see things around the stavanger city, Moi city and one place we have been is Flor & Fjære. its the very impressive island because you have to work hard to plant all the plants on the rocks island and keep them alive and so beautiful.

On the last day of my trip before my flight, my friend took me to Manafossen waterfall. Manoffossen is the highest waterfall in the Rogaland region and the most spectacular and this is my second hike. The drive was beautiful on the way and built up my anticipation for the hike to the waterfall. After arrived my friend said this hike would be about a 20 minute "climb" to the waterfall and we would hike over a lot of boulders and would need to hold on to a chain in some places. Oh my!  well i can do it anyway :D
They are beautiful, powerful and magnificent forces of God's creation. The Manafossen Waterfall makes a roaring sound as it falls 92 meters to the bottom. i felt fresh..Once we got to the top we took some time to do some posing, of course, in front of this magnificent waterfall. Everyone do it right??!!

So, what a wonderful trip i had. I loved the challenge of the hike and getting to experience the splendor of the Manafossen Waterfall. I think it would be fun to come back here someday and do the most adventurous hike of all in Stavanger. Kjeragbolten moutain is the one i missed it, 5 days is not enough actually.

Thank you so much everyone whom reading my blog experiences. Everyday now i am a full time student, i might not often to update  my blog but i will try do my best. Hope you guys enjoy reading and all my photos. Bless you, see ya
