After I got rejected from Visa Aupair Demark for two times I got new host family from Sweden. I start to prepare a visa for Sweden about 2 months because i have to wait for the document from school where i am going to learn Swedish language. The school name is Folkuniversitetet in Stockholm.
1. Passport (only in the front page) (2 copy)
2. Application form (2 copy)
3. Invitation letter from host family (2 copy)
4. Certificate attending the Swedish class (2 copy)
5. 2 photo (visa size)
Actually Invitation letter from the host family and Certificate attending the Swedish class, you need the real one, have to have signature of your host family and logo stamp from language school. I got all about this by mail. it take about a week to arrived here in Thailand. I am not sure if you can scan.
Bring all document to One Pacific Place. You can take BTS to Nana station. The building in on your left hand side, pretty easy to see. The embassy is at 20th Floor. Open at 8 00 am. At first, get the queue and I got queue no. After they check all document they will give the deposit paper to pay the money of THB 4,400 at UOB Bank on the first floor of Two Pacific Place( the front building).
During that time they will also give you a paper about your fingers print. Its depend on you if you want them to do or not but if you get Visa you have to go back to do it. If you are ok and let them do, you just sign your signature. Bring the slip and give it back to them and then they will give you a payment receipt. Certainly I am done only about 30 minutes. I can follow up my visa after 4-6 weeks. well now have to wait abit longer then 6 weeks. Might take about 3-4 month.
Apply for Swedish Aupair Visa it kinda much easier then other country. You don't need to get appointment, no interview, no translate your document. I hope this post will help anyone who want to be an Aupair in Sweden.
